Arrival bustransfer from Airport to hotel. This evening opening of the Festival with a first meeting of all participating groups together with the artistic director of the Salzburg Festival. Get-together including snack buffet. Overnight/buffet-breakfast at accommodation in Salzburg.

Fri. July 01, 2011

This morning meet with your licensed English speaking guide for a 2,5 hours walking city sightseeing tour of Salzburg. Afternoon rehearsals for the evening festive concert (exact schedule will be announced by the artistic director in advance). Early dinner at accommodation or local restaurant. Evening: Festival Concert in the Festival Hall in Salzburg. Overnight/buffet-breakfast at accommodation in Salzburg.

Sat. July 02, 2011

In the morning meet at the Salzburg Cathedral for set up and rehearsal. Ecumenical Celebration for all participating groups at the Salzburg Cathedral.

Organisation of an outdoor concert in Mirabell Gardens. Evening Cantus MM Finale: farewell buffet-dinner with Austrian entertainment at the Stieglkeller Restaurant on foot of the fortress Hohensalzburg.

Overnight/buffet-breakfast at accommodation in Salzburg

After breakfast, check out of hotel and bustransfer to the Airport for your departure. End of services.
